As we head into the holiday period, T4B would like to let you know that it will be business as usual for our team.

Our standard support hours will remain in place throughout the holiday season, and T4B will still have full coverage to ensure your business is running smoothly. Please note, we will be closed on all public holidays.

As always, please to reach out to support@t4b.com.au or call the main office at 1300 042 122 for support.

Introducing Chris!

T4B is excited to announce Chris as a new member to the support team! Chris will be supporting your day-to-day IT needs, bringing his experience and new perspective to the team.

Chris is already making an impact, and some of you may have already spoken with him if you have called T4B for support recently.

We’re always excited to welcome more people into the T4B family, and we’re confident Chris will bring great energy and expertise to the team.

Speed Up Your Computer with a Quick Restart!

If your computer feels sluggish and unresponsive, especially after a few days of use, it might be a good idea to restart it!

A reboot of your computer does more than you would think! It clears away temporary unused files, clears up system resources such as RAM usage, and often will fix many minor issues.

If you ever encounter this slowness, or run into an application that randomly stops functioning, be sure to open the start menu, and ‘Restart’ the PC.

Did you know that shutting down your PC isn’t the same as restarting it? When you choose “Shut Down,”” your computer often enters a low-power state similar to Sleep, rather than fully resetting. For a complete refresh, always select Restart instead of Shut Down!
