How to get Support!

Stay Safe During the Holidays!

Did you know, Christmas and New Years are some of the most active times for scammers and cyber criminals? Here are some tips to help you stay safe during the holidays:

– Be cautious of emails, texts, or ads offering deals that seem too good to be true. Scammers often impersonate major retailers or delivery services to steal your information.

– Be wary of “missed delivery” messages, they’re a common scam and may be more difficult to catch if you are actually expecting deliveries. Always check your tracking details through the official courier website!

– Only make purchases from trusted websites. Avoid entering payment details over public Wi-Fi, and consider using a digital wallet or virtual card for extra protection.

How to do an End of Year PC Cleanup!

As we approach the end of the year, now is a better time than ever to carry out a cleanup and de-cluttering session for your PC.

If you’re a managed T4B client, this is all taken care of for you. We run regular maintenance, and updates on your device to ensure optimal performance.

For those not currently on a managed plan, we can assist with a PC cleanup for you. This can include:

– Clearing up your storage

– Ensuring your hardware is healthy

– Optimising boot times and overall performance

If you’re interested in having this done, please feel free to reach out to us at support@t4b.com.au!
