What is a Copilot Agent?

A Copilot Agent is like your own personal digital assistant inside Microsoft 365. Instead of just answering questions, it can remember tasks, follow up on things across Outlook, Teams, and other apps, and act on your behalf.

For example, you might tell it to watch for updates from a client or prepare a daily summary, and it will continue working in the background to help you stay organised.
